At Essence Makeup, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
